General conditions
All reservations accompanied by a 30% deposit are binding. Rooms taken for a single night are payable in advance. Deposits are refundable if the cancellation or the change of dates is made in writing and at least 30 days in advance. In all other cases, the hotel will retain the deposit as compensation.
