"Chez Cyprien" is an elegant yet convivial experience, entirely designed to offer you a unique culinary journey. A refined setting, overlooking the sublime view of Corsica, a hushed setting where the new menu of our Chef Jordan Cesaire is sublime. 
"Chez Cyprien" is much more than a restaurant; it is a true gastronomic odyssey through the island's products and the history of the hotel, which celebrates its 60th anniversary in 2021.
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.
A half-board offer is available in low and mid season at the price of : 52€ per day and per person.

A culinary voyage in La Balagne

A restaurant serving the best of land and sea!

India, Canada, Germany, France or Corsica: our leader Pierrot Chapoutot visited them, went around the world like others their tour de France. He exercises his expertise in pianos by mixing influences from all continents. Oriental spices, original dressings and ancestral techniques make the round on our map essentially composed of island products. The fish are from the local fishery, the meat is directly delivered by Balanine breeders ... giant gambas flambéed with whiskey or the famous and mysterious "Land and Sea" hold the top of the map with our selected Corsican wines.
